Colonial features an open floor plan on the first floor, with front to back living room with fireplace, formal dining room, front to back family room with cathedral ceiling and skylights, plus a spectacular new kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. All new wood floors on this level, with exception of full bath which has tile floor and a washer/dryer. Second floor has Master Bedroom suite with private bath, double sinks, and Jacuzzi, plus there are 3 large bedrooms and a hall bath. There is an attached 2 car garage, large deck, nice yard, outside shower, pool table, basketball hoop, and dead-end street location. This is a top of the line summer rental, and the included Beach Pass allows free parking at all saltwater and freshwater beaches in the Town of Barnstable, among them Craigville Beach(0.7 miles), Kalmus Beach, and Sandy Neck. Available as Winter Rental 11/1/08 to 5/1/09; $1,500+ per month.

This property is on the southside of the Cape and the water is warm in the summer, 75 degrees! Daytime summer temps usually 75-85 degrees, and it cools off nicely at night.
