Our kitchen and condo are fully equipped with everything you will need to have a fabulous time. It's a home away from home! This is a lanai unit. 'Lanai' means a veranda or covered porch. From the master bedroom and living room, you have access to the main porch that has tables and chairs great for eating outside and watching the sailboats go by. Steps lead from the main porch down to the ground porch where the 4-person hot tub is located. You have DIRECT ACCESS to the ground level pool, lazy river, and charcoal grills, as well as the bay. How much more convenient can you get? Much more! The Boardwalk with many seafood restaurants, shops, a long fishing pier, as well as the Gulfarium (great for kids), is just across the street. And don't worry about traffic. Simply cross worry-free on the walkover connecting the bayside buildings to the beach side buildings.
Plus Jet-Ski and Pontoon boat rentals are right next door. Or feel free to go to the beach. Just a 3-5 min. walk and stay all day soaking up the sand or using the beach side pool area.
