THE SKY AT SUNSET FROM YOUR BALCONY

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this condo. During our decision process narrowing down a place to stay the owner was very timely and informative with his responses. During our stay we emailed back and forth with the same results. There is also a manager on site available through the week for any questions. Customer service from both owner and manager are excellent.
The pictures and description for the rental are accurate. The kitchen is better equiped than any rental we've ever stayed at. We appreciated the coordinated decor throughout the unit. The floor plan is very efficient and everyone (4 of us) had plenty of room. It's evident the owners have updated the unit and care about their guest's comfort. We liked having the WIFI and free long distance phone calls to keep us in touch with family not vacationing with us. My son had his own TV in the 2nd bedroom which he also took advantage of. I liked the CD player so we could have relaxing music with dinner. It was easy to cook dinner on a full size stove with ample countertop prep area.
The condo isn't a highrise though it does have 10 floors. The pools were nice and kept clean. There are two elevators and two walkways over the sand dune-sea oats area with fresh water showers. We could hear the ocean from the living room and master bedroom which was soothing at night. The beach itself is very wide and gently sloping. There is a public lifeguard right next door. If you wanted a peaceful beach walk you could go down the beach toward MB, cross a little creek at low tide, and go to an almost deserted beach that's actually part of the Briarcliff area. The condo is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, Tanger Outlet and minigolf. The North MB area is great for families.
When we go back to MB, we'll stay at this condo unit again. Everything was first class.
