Newly redecorated, detached townhome in South Down Shores in the Lakes Region. This Gables unit has lovely mountain views. The open concept floor plan with cathedral ceilings makes this a wonderful vacation home for up to 8 people. Features a first floor master bedroom suite with jacuzzi, flat screened TV and wood fireplace in living room, sun room, screened in porch, and deck with gas grill. Two large bedrooms on the second floor open up to a spacious third floor loft with TV and video games for the kids. Expanded cable TV, wireless internet and phone. The Gables Village pool and tennis court are just steps from your doorstep. Two lovely association beaches on Lake Winnipesaukee are a short walk away in this gated community. The Lakes Region is a four season paradise with swimming/boating/tennis/golfing in the summer, hiking/leaf peeping in the fall, skiing at nearby resorts in the winter, and shopping/antiquing in the spring.

Our family rented this condo and it was fabulous for the six of us. It's great having the master bedroom on the main floor with access to the screened in porch where my husband and I could enjoy quiet reading time. My daughter loved the bedroom with the queen and my three boys shared the second bedroom with queen and twin with trundle.

For a condo it seemed so spacious with the open floor plan and high ceilings. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sun room off of the dining area.

In addition the pool is just steps from the door and very clean. There is so much to do in the Weirs Beach area so my kids (all teenagers) had a blast. We enjoyed fireworks, arcades, dinners out and great drives around the lake. You must also try cocktails lakeside next to the beach. There are adirondack chairs lined up by the waterfront overlooking Paugus Bay.

It was a perfect week and we are booked already for next year.
