Located on Lake Winnisquam in the town of Belmont in New Hampshire. This charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern consciences. open living room, kitchen and dining area with views galore. Large master bedroom with own private full bath and French doors leading to the backyard with views of Lake Winnisquam. Two more bedrooms with shared full bathroom. There is a den/media room for family time including watching a big screen t.v. or game playing. Good size deck for outdoor living, bulkhead and dock. Home is located within a 10 minute drive to shopping, restaurants and activities for everyone from antiquing, jet skiing, boating (important... You need a New Hampshire Boat Licence in order to pilot a boat) tubing, skiing (Winter) or just sight seeing. The town of Belmont, New Hampshire is a friendly and fun place. Lot's of things to do!!!!

Lake Winnisquam is located in Belknap County in central New Hampshire. The Lake is the fourth largest lake located in New Hampshire. We are minutes from shops, restaurants and other attractions. Gunstock Mountain Resort is about 20 minutes away to ski, snowboard and tube. NH International Speedway is about a half hour away from all the top car and motorcycles races. Farmer's Market in about every town. Scenic drives along the lakes region. Historic walking tours in all nearby towns. Tanger Outlet Mall with every shop you can imagine. you could get your hair and nails done, eat and finish up w/Starbucks coffee. Weir's Beach is about 15 minutes away for scenic boat and railroad rides.

Notes: Our lake house is welcome to couples, children and the elderly. There are steps down the deck and the backyard to the water. They would need assistance to ensure safety. We have a U-shaped dock. (Please note: You need a New Hampshire Boat License for boating, jet skiing as well as a fishing license for fishing). We have tried to equip this lake home with all the modern convinces to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. For us, this is a little slice of Heaven!!!!
