The 2400 sq. ft. villa, designed for open living and entertainment, is furnished with local artisan pieces, leather and sparkle. Stunning ocean views are seen from the living area as well as the 6 seat dining space. You will even enjoy the gorgeous view while spending time in the state-of-the-art kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, small appliances and full service for 8.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa has a master suite, second bedroom with en-suite bath, and a third bedroom and guest bath. The villa very comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Each bedroom has massive Costa Rican furnishings and luxury linens and bed coverings. Baths are all spacious and beautifully appointed and fully outfitted with towels and soaps.
The large veranda, very comfortably furnished, provides outdoor living space for pure enjoyment of viewing the ocean, the mountains in the distance, and perhaps an occasional rain shower. A perfect place for morning coffee, while you listen to the songs of the myriad of birds that call Costa Rica their home.
The exclusive community of Mariner’s Point, securely gated and employing a 24 hr. guard staff, has created an oasis of pools, spacious terraces and a palm frond palapa to shade you when you’re ready for a little less “sol”. Concierge Services: With your rental you receive services from our Concierge from time of booking until your arrival and departure at your vacation rental. Services include check-in/out, tours, car rentals, transportation, personal chef, and information regarding Costa Rica, Playa Hermosa, local restaurants and areas of interest.
Daily Maid Service: With your rental you will receive 3-4 hours of maid service. The house will be cleaned and your laundry washed and returned to your room. Time permitting the maid will be happy to whip up a breakfast or lunch or even help prep a side dish for your dinner. Service is provided every day except Sundays and holidays and The Holiday Weeks of Xmas, New Years and Easter (where services are reduced due to staff capacity).
