We have been going to Garden City Beach since our boys were small. While some of us LOVE to sit on the sand all day and enjoy the ocean, we have two who would rather fish or golf all day.. Garden City Beach is perfect for us, and could not think of anywere else to spend out down time.

Our 4 bedroom 4 bath home is great for family vacations. Every room has its own tv with dvd player. The views from both decks make for very relaxing nights to sit back and enjoy the water view. And we are less than 100 yard to the beach, great for parents who have small children.

Cypress Cove - Our home sits on the Marsh and is only 100 yards to the Beach. The Garden City Pier is a short walk (4 blocks). Enjoy the sunset form the two covered porches overlooking the Marsh. Our home is fully furnished and professionally decorated. Normal Rates include departure maid service. The home includes 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa. The home does not include towels or lines, but bed and bath packages are available for additional fee.

We needed a break from the cold and snow and found our happiness in Garden City. It is a beautiful area with plenty to do, even in the off season, and the house was wonderful. Everything we needed was there and when we had questions or a problem, it was handled right away. I would rent this property again for another visit. In fact, I would retire to this area. I would recommend highly..

My family and I just got back from this property and our experience was fantastic! This property is located close to the beach and the semi-private pool was wonderful! There are food places, bars, and fun places for the kids within walking distance. This property is well stocked and clean. The owners are accessible and easy to work with. We had a wonderful week!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious and we liked the fact that there were enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. It is a convenient location to the beach and shopping. It was nice having the pool right outside our door. We look forward to coming back again.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The house was very spacious and was plenty of room for our large family. Our main disappointments were the size of the pool - it was too crowded to enjoy; very small pool, there was no grill - we actually bought a small grill so we could enjoy cooking out with our family; and the carpet in the living/dining room was very soiled. It could use a good cleaning. The positive however did outweigh the negatives and we enjoyed our stay. We have never stayed in the Garden City area, but will definitely go back; the location of this house was great.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We thank you for staying with us. I wish we had know about the carpet, we would have sent them over to clean it. We did have it cleaned just this past weekend. We have the cleaned every 4 weeks in the summer, but I guess it needed it sooner. I am sorry for the problem, please remember if we can do anything to make your stay better just let us know.
