A bright and open home offering a nice kitchen, dining, living room combination leading to a lovely patio and nice yard on a quiet street on the bayside of Orleans. Very comfortably furnished, exposed beams in the living room and lots of light gives this home a feeling of spaciousness. Finished basement provides another sleeping area as well as a t.v. rec room. Front porch with rockers provides another outdoor space to read or relax. Outdoor shower, gas grill, and cable t.v. 1 queen, 1 double futon/twin bunk, trundle (2 twins)

I spent a week there and found it really comfortable. The pictures say it well: the rooms are as huge as you can see, and well equiped. We enjoyed eating and having barbecues on the patio. The area is pretty, a lot of trees around, private and quiet. Next time, I would add an hamac between two trees! As I'm the kind who don't plan the grocery for the hole week, I appreciated the fact that it's really close to a very complete shopping center (less than 5 min by car). Also, it's no more than 10 minutes from the ocean, the bay, and Nickerson State Park (which I recommend). The only thing I didn't like was the strong smell of the basement. Maybe a wooden floor rather than the carpet would help keep it away.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It's in a great location and very quiet. There's a fabulous patio in back that's perfect for eating and/or relaxing with friends. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would love to return myself.
