3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 7 (6 bdr/6ba sleeps 14 w/both units)

Beautifully decorated side-by-side townhouses with furnishings/amenities so no one has to sleep on floor or couch! Rent one or both depending on the size of your group! Kitchen w/all appliances. Flat screen TV, cable & wireless Internet; Outdoor shower. Driveway has space for 3 cars. Ideal for family get-aways, reunions, wedding parties, in-laws who want their own space!

Very short walk (less than 5 min) down street to beach, Tikki Grill, and ice cream! A mile down the road is the town lake for paddle-boats, fireworks, and outdoor movies. Five minute drive to the Boardwalk, Marina for Charter Fishing Boats, NC Aquarium, Ft. Fisher, or ferry to Southport/Myrtle Beach. Ten minute drive to multiple golf courses and the State Park for hiking by the Cape Fear River. Twenty minute drive to downtown Wilmington for shopping, fine dining, children's museum, horse drawn carriages, USS NC Battleship.

Cancellations: If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned.

If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment.

The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

No cancellations due to weather.

Great Family Gettaway!

My family really enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach at this property. We found the house very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the beach items in the storage closet including a jogging stroller. I have a six month old baby and 2 young sons and we were able to walk to the beach okay. The beach had a lifeguard stand close by that made us feel secure when our children were playing in the ocean. It was very generous of the owner to allow us to spend less than a week in this townehome.

the description on the website was misleading, i asked the owner and he said the picture was the VIEW from the property. THe inside was very nice but i didnt like the idea of having to enter from a "back door". The owners were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway
Owner's Response: I'm not sure this reviewers comments of the misleading view from the property pertains to our property, as all photos of the property with our listing are of interior rooms only. The exception is one photo of the front exterior of the property itself. The rear main entrance is the only entrance to this property, and is standard for all residential properties in this area of Carolina Beach that are built up off the ground to account for current floodwater building codes covering NC coastal communities.

Had A Great Time

The kids and I loved this rental home.. Was very clean and had everything you could ask for. Location was very close to everything - we enjoyed the dairy bar, the grocery stores and we were really close to an urgent care (if needed, lucky for us we did not). On Thursdays there are fireworks on the beach and Sundays are movie nights at the park, that also has a playground for the kids to enjoy. Want to come back next year for summer break. Carolina Beach is relaxing.

Relaxing and great location

I took my 2 children here for the week to spend time with my Dad who was recently diagnosed with Cancer. We had a great time! The house was perfect for the kids, the location was great as most of the homes around were full time residences. The street was quiet and aside from the occasional visit from the dogs next door,which we loved, the place was private and relaxing.
The walk to the beach was a little difficult for me with 2 kids under 3 but for others would be a fine and quick walk. I will most certainly look to stay in this home again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
