Wow, what a great property! 13 of us ranging in age from 9-77 called this our home for 4 days and none of us wanted to leave! The house is huge, extremely clean/tidy, updated, comfortable with everything you need. Carol is, hands down, the best "landlord" ever. Aside from her pleasant personality, she supplies all the linens, bath towels, beach towels, hand soap, bath soap (in each of the 4 bathrooms), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, games, tv (though we rarely had it on) etc. There are AC's with remotes in all the rooms, though there are nice breezes in the bedrooms and ceiling fans as well.
When you head to the beach (out the door, take a left and walk a short block and a half) all you need is sunscreen-she provides the 10 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, etc.
Without a doubt, if you're looking for a fabulous experience at the shore, in a family friendly environment, then this house is for you!
