Prepare to fall in love with this quaint summer cottage on your own private beach. The tree lined roads are great for walking, rollerblading and cycling. We are located only 20 minutes from Woods Hole where you can catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Walk down the back yard and you are on the beach. No need to pack up the kids and the stuff, it's all right here for you. Perfect location for spending summer time swimming, walking on the beach collecting shells, playing croquet.

We enjoyed five blissful days on Scraggy Neck in this pleasant cottage on the water. The private beach, set back setting and waves lapping at the back door created a sense of solitude. We love Scraggy Neck -- a private "island" far from the potentially over stimulating cape cod summer. But, not too far if you wish to partake of fresh corn, tomatoes or a much needed dose of ice cream. We had five of us from 75 to 13. There was something for everyone.
