  • $300 non-refundable downpayment due upon signing of contract to reserve week. Remainder of rental fee due four (4) weeks prior to rental start date. For rental periods exceeding two (2) weeks, a $500 non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing to reserve the rental period.
  • $200 security due four (4) weeks prior to rental start date at same time as rental fee balance.
