So close to everything! You can hop on the bike path, the beautiful Cape Cod Rail Trail, nearly in the back yard, pedal from one end of the Cape to the other, or just a short trip to the National Seashore Beaches. Less than 2 miles to the parking lot of Coast Guard Beach. But, just as easy to head to the Cape Cod Bay, for a day on the flats!! Close to great restaurants and shopping. A quick ride into Orleans to watch the famous Cape Cod League Baseball Games under the lights at Eldredge Field. This property also includes a lower level apartment with additional living space. This apartment has a full kitchen and is fully furnished - with its own separate entrance -ideal for 2 families to share. There is also a 2 car garage for safe storage of your kayaks and/or bikes.
