Casa Mediterranean is located in Surfside Estates and is within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. This new home has a wonderful pool with beautiful tropical plants and covered terrace. This is a perfect home to just rest and relax or use as a home base while enjoying the activities and surroundings of the Flamingo area. The terrace has a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The local restaurant and bar is 1 block from the house. The beach is a short 10 minute walk as well as grocery stores. Several other restaurants are located close to the area or take a 5-10 minute drive to Flamingo, Brasilito or Potrero for many other choices of restaurants and shopping. Area activities include: sailing, fishing, ATV tours, horseback riding, diving, snorkeling, canopy tours. Activities within driving distance include: volcanoes, river boat tours, spas, mud baths, golf, surfing, turtle watching, etc.
