About The Owner

I grew up in Atlanta and have spent last 40 years in the hospitality business. Customer service has been a focus throughout my career and business owner. I pride myself in providing very prompt and timely customer service to my guests who inquire or decide to rent from me, Guest satisfaction is my number one goal.

I have an excellent crew on the Island that maintains my condo and we are very prompt to address any needs that may arise.

I am hoping that you would give us an opportunity to be of service and hope to meet and exceed your expectations.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2005
Why The Owner chose Forest Beach

Hilton Head Island has been my favorite vacation spot for the last 30 plus years. Finally about five years ago I chose to purchase the property and have been very happy with my purchase.

What makes this condo unique

During the 30 years I have been going to Hilton Head Island, I have stayed in Forest Beach where the condo is located, Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Port Royal etc.

I find the Forest Beach to be very convenient for all the amenities available readily. You do not need a to drive for Groceries, restaurants, bakery, gift shops, deli, ice cream shop etc.

Every thing is right at your door step.

All the other area of the island I mentioned require driving for any of the above mentioned amenities.

Thanks Fred! Your condo is exceptional. The rooms are lovely, spacious and well appointed. We typically stay in a home in North Forest but were with a small group (3 couples) so Seacrest was more affordable. The location cannot be beat. We only drove once during the week as groceries, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. We could find no negatives to the complex whatsoever. Loved the keycode systems. We were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and grounds. Of course, we were there for the beach time and the weather cooperated nicely which was also a plus. We will be back!!

Great Vacation!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we had a great time! This condo was exactly what our family was looking for (family of 5 with 3 boys under the age of 9). It is beautifully decorated, clean, and BIG. The location is perfect too-easy access to the beach, 2 pools (with a bar and grill), and a quick and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful from the day we booked this vacation until the day we checked out. We are hoping to come back again next year!

Spacious Condo on beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condominium in Hilton Head. There are nine adults here and we have not felt cramped or crowded at all. Having three large full sized bathrooms with huge relaxing tubs was an added plus. The keyless entry system is wonderful and convenient! The beach is so easy to get to and the pools are clean and spacious. The over sized hot tub is also a nice change from most hotels.
I also really appreciated the prompt service when we had a maintenance issue. We really enjoyed the owners list of recommendations for places to eat and bike rentals. I would also highly recommend the Ahh Green Spa in Coligny Plaza!

We have been visiting HHI since 1981.Our family has stayed in various parts of the island , but always loved being in the North Forest Beach area and the plaza.We are now returning with our grandchildren and family.This condo has it all. The view, the location and most of all , the decor is lovely.Everything you need or want for the perfect beach vacation . See you again next year.

We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous, up to date, well kept condo. It was VERY spacious for our family of six. The bathrooms are very large, as well as, the closets, and the kitchen amentities were fabulous! We also loved the keyless entry for the condo, elevators and pool. The description does not do this place justice! We had a wonderful time in HHI and this condo made it even more enjoyable! Owner was very friendly and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely be back to this wonderful place!
