And yes, you read correctly. A nice, relatively new pontoon party boat is included in your weekly rental (you pay for the fuel you use and a damage deposit is required). The boat is great for sightseeing, suntanning, exploring, fishing... Whatever you desire. A daily guide is available for a small extra charge if you want help with the boat. This is an exceptional property and is fully equiped for exceptional people. This property is maintained and cared for to the highest of standards, and those who enjoy and know the difference will appreciate what we have here. Some other interesting and unique features and amenities... Outside: Kayaks; a two-person peddle boat; bicycles; two private outside showers & pottys (one on each end of the property); a covered motor coach port that will accomodate the largest RVs on the road (extra fee to use the coachport); a stone fire pit at the water's edge; 2 large picnic tables; a swim-out beach; boat dockage for up to a 50-foot yacht;
Cabana: Screened-in and ready for cooking! The cabana features an antique table w/chairs, 2 ceiling fans, a full size gas range, full size refrigerator, commercial ice maker, huge stainless steel gas grill, pots & pans, sink, and nice bar. Inside: Italian porcelan floors throughout; gourmet kitchen featuring a gas range and butcher block counters; a bamboo floored loft overlooking the living areas; musical instruments; lots of plasma TVs; pool table; and massive custom glass mosaic tiled showers. We are located approximately 35 minutes from Pensacola Airport, and one hour from the Mobile Airport. Drive times are approximately four hours from Birmingham, five hours from Atlanta, nine hours from Dallas / Houston / Nashville. For a small fee, we can also offer a grocery service and have the pantry and refrigerator stocked before you arrive. Daily cleaning services are available. We can also assist with catering, limousine services, and helicopter tours of our beautiful coast.
