The unit is conveniently located about 3 miles from Northway exit 22. Perfectly situated just outside the Village of Lake George a short distance from picturesque Bolton Landing and all area attractions including Saratoga Race Track, Gore Mountain, Great Escape and award winning golf courses. Usually in a lake front unit you do not have a beautiful lake view. This unit you have both and the use of a pool and tennis courts. The unit is brand new and ready for you.

Located 2 miles from Lake George Village: Near to Lake George Village, partake in lake events like parasaling, ride a paddle wheel ship or rent a boat and dock it at your very own private dock that comes with the rental. You are 1 exit away from two amusement parks, and 2 water parks. There is fine dining, quick meals, live music entertainment, and the shops are open until late. In the park there are always festivals with local artisans, and you can have ice cream or candy made to your order.

Close to Bolton Landing: Small shops line the street, and boat rentals abound just up the street from this luxury vacation home. Outlet shopping is just minutes away through down town Lake George or 1 exit on the Northway. Designer discount outlets have everything from kitchenware to clothing.

Near to Hiking & Racing and Historic Forts: There are historic trails for hiking right up to several forts like Ft. William Henry at the southern part of the lake, and at the north end of the lake, Ticondaroga. Visit Howe Cavers. Take you whole family to the mineature race track and burn some rubber!

Lake George is approximately 32 miles long and is nearly 2 miles wide. The shore line is beautiful and quiet and there are a lot of sandy beaches. Within 15 miles there are over 15 public golf courses. You can bring your own boat for water activities and fishing. Saratoga Race Track is 25 minutes away. Great Escape Amusement and Water Park is truly a big time amusement park experience, and The Magic Forest is great for young children. All of this within 3.5 hours of New York City.

Golf: Lake George Village is home to several mi miniature golf courses which are open until late, bring mom & the kids for lots of fun. You can chose the big golf courses for regular golf outings.

Ski: Gore Mountain is a short ride to some of the best skiing in New York. A family center, ski lessons, or just warming up by the fire is available at your whim.
