From the minute you walk into the Penthouse apartment you are in awe of its beauty. You will admire antiques as you walk through each room. Next you notice the 3 season room and the balcony just beyond. As you approach these rooms you notice the water. Located on the Ludington harbor, this view will take your breath away. Staring at the lighthouse, you notice many fishing boats making their way out through the breakwall and into Lake Michigan. Looking to the side, you notice Ludington Beach is right there!
