Manasota Key Vacation Rental condo

Even when my overall experience with something has been substantially positive, I cannot recall a time when there was not at least one point of constructive criticism to offer. I have none with Turtle Bay.

The location on Manasota Key is ideal (at least for us), not to mention the nice setting on the bay and within a very short walking distance of the beach. There are also good restaurants within walking distance, which is a nice convenience. The grounds were well kept, and while we didn't make use of the pool, it appeared to be clean and was enjoyed by other guests.

Our living unit was immaculate, nicely decorated, cheerful, and bright. It was also fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils we might need, including laundry. In addition, we had a large flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, and wireless service. We were on the ground level, which was particularly nice, and having a reserved parking spot was an added bonus.

Visitors should be aware that renting a condo is not the same as reserving a room at a hotel, but the differences were clearly explained and the rental process was easy and straight forward. We also received written instructions before leaving for Florida, which were comprehensive and very helpful, and my email queries before and during the vacation were responded to quickly and clearly. I have no complaints and many compliments about this condo facility and the personal attention that came with it.

In closing, our condo was very comfortable to live in and a great vacation value for our family. I have already recommended Turtle Bay to friends and family, and I will most certainly be returning in the near future. (And, I even saw two turtles.)

We were very pleased with our condo at Turtle Bay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The unit was spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the screened in porch and washer/dryer were an added bonus. It's proximity to the beach was a short distance, and afforded a more private venue for enjoying the water and sun, away from the crowds at the public beach access area.

While there, we experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues, that upon calling Susan, were resolved completely and quickly.

The only downfall was limited parking for guests. We had our own spot though, and it was convenient to our unit and to the exit.

We were so happy with Turtle Bay Condo's that we have already rolled our deposit over to next year.

Thanks to Susan, our stay resulted in a very relaxing vacation!

I just returned from my second stay at TBC and can't praise it enough. It is quiet, small and very comfortable. I rarely leave the area because everything I love is there...beach across the street, clean and well supplied condo, bay for fishing, good restaurants, practically a private heated pool and much less traffic than other cities. Great for my grandchildren as we don't feel like we're bothering a bunch of people. Joe is on-site for any problems and Susan is tremendously responsive.

I spent 5 days here in Manasota Beach and it was wonderful. The condo was neat a clean. The boat dock was convenient and the beach was a very short walk across the street. I'm going back in October.
