Dreaming of Hawaii? Please consider staying at our lovely Maui Banyan condo in sunny, South Maui. This 1BR/2BA second floor condo is right across the street from Kamaole II Beach, considered to be among the best of the beaches on Maui. Updated in 2008, including new King bed, towels, paint, all the beach goodies, and comfortable island decor. Many of the prints hanging throughout were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Our condominium is located in Building H of Maui Banyan. The lanai faces South towards the upcountry mountains, and has a Peek-a-Boo of the ocean. The South-facing units overlook the courtyard, not the driveway and parking structure, making the location very quiet. The elevators make it very convenient to get in and out with your bags and groceries, as well as with all of your shopping finds!

Notes: Very close to the Elevator and parking area. We have even included cable TV, a selection of DVDs, and wireless Internet access (so bring your laptop)! Maui Banyan has two pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, lovely fountains, lush landscaping, beautiful tropical flowers abound, and BBQ grills located in the pool areas. There are even several gazebos with outdoor seating for eating your dinner out in the fresh, Hawaiian air. IPod docking station with speakers provided for your convenience. We have provided phone service that includes local calls, as well as Inter-island, mainland US, and Canada calls FREE OF CHARGE. All other International calls must be on your own calling card or credit card.

Great Place To Stay

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Maui Banyan unit. The location to the shops, restaurants and beach could not have been better. We just walked across the street and watched as many susets as we could.
The spacious bedroom was a hit for us as we tend to pack for a month, not for the week we really do stay.
The owners of this unit are great people.
We recommend "The Four Winds II" 5 hour snorkeling cruise.

Home away from home.Excellent condo in Maui!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo for our stay in Maui. It was not only so convenient to the beach but a great location to do all sorts of sight seeing around the island. The condo had all the things you needed. We ate in most of our stay so it was convenient to have the big kitchen with space to move around in. Also, the grills at the poolside were awesome. There was always one available even during the busy weekend.

The condo has a pool which is so convenient when you have kids. They were in the pool while we cooked and grilled. It was awesome to use after a day at the beach. It is open until 10 p.m.

The condo also had a convenient safe in the room. Great so you don't have to carry all your cash with you to the beach. It is also air conditioned for those hot evenings.

The washer and dryer directly in the condo was a plus for me. I was able to get most of my laundry done during the evenings so instead of packing dirty clothes we packed up clean ones and had very little laundry to do at home after a very relaxing vacation.

I definitely recommend this condo. It is a very quiet place to stay and very convenient. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and will hopefully visit again in the future.

For those with younger kids, there are beach toys in the condo (shovels and pails).

The owner was extremely helpful as well and it is always nice to deal with people who care how your stay was and are willing to take feedback to help improve for future tenents. No improvement needed for this place. It was a great place to stay.

this was our first time renting a condo. my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. everything is close by and the beach is right there.
quite and clean place. use of washer and dryer and nice view. birds singing in the AM and sweet pool area.

head down to Fredas for Taco Tuesday, 1/2 off tacos....best deal around.

youll be pleased at this condo and the price is right!

Home Away from Home

This unit at the Maui Banyan is as good as the pictures. This unit has great elevator access (not all the buildings at the property have elevators) but the parking structure doesn't have an elevator. Luggage dollies and shopping carts are available at the front door to transport your stuff. The king-sized bed was perfect and the queen pull-out sofa was great for our daughter. Having two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer are big pluses. The little things were also there; some movies, books, all the dishes, utensils you could ask for as well as salt/pepper, spices and laundry/dish soap. Best of all was the in-room safe for valuables and the beach chairs, cooler, sunscreen, sand toys and boogie boards. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen appliances are a little old but everything works well. The balcony is narrow but I could still sit out at the table and relax with my book. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and liked having the use of barbeques and table/chairs to have our dinners poolside. Location is perfect, very comfortable, casual, 2-minute drive to get to the main highway taking you to Lahaina (40 minutes) or Kahului (20 minutes), grocery stores nearby, Denny's or Moose's restaurant for breakfast, great little sandwich shop for takeout two minute walk away. If you want fancy restaurants drive five minutes to Wailea and eat there. All of our contact with the owners was great. We highly recommend this unit to everyone and we will be back.
