More detail on the house and amenities: The ground floor of the main house features an open plan which includes the living room, dining room, and full kitchen (with dishwasher), opening out onto the screen porch and front deck. There is also a full bath and a laundry area. The main house sleeps 8 in four bedrooms. The waterfront cabin has a small living room, kitchen, bathroom, and front porch facing the beach and dock area. The cabin is very rustic, but it does have electricity and cold running water (no heat). There is a sink, countertop, blender & small refrigerator in the cabin kitchen, great for organizing drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The cabin is perfect for naps, and peaceful sleeping in the summer. There is a rowboat, a canoe, and a paddleboat for use by guests. There are two picnic tables and two hammocks in a shady pine grove at the beach. All beds in main house and cabin were purchased new 4 years ago, so none of those saggy, uncomfortable vacation home beds. There is also a ping pong table in the garage.
