Modern architect-designed home is a dream with spectacular water views to Provincetown and a 5 minute walk to a quiet bay beach. Front deck overlooking private gardens gets the morning sun. Upper level has a great room with fully equipped gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, two cozy seating areas, gas fireplace, and windows galore. Sliding doors to elevated deck overlooks a natural kettle pond and water views of Cape Cod bay. Master bedroom connects to a full private bath. Lower level has two additional bedrooms, full bath and large family room. Access to lower level decks from all bedrooms and family room. Lower level gardens, decks and outdoor shower face the small kettle pond. Around the side is an artist’s studio with northern light – a great hideaway for aspiring painters, young or old.

Truro is located on the 'outer cape' and benefits from being part of the National Seashore. This means that much of the ocean beach area is conservation land and protected from development. This gives the area a much more rural feel than the rest of the cape. Despite this, however, Truro benefits from its proximity to Provincetown, which offers tourist attractions, good restaurants and art galleries. Truro also has many fresh water ponds to swim in.
