This spacious South Eastham home is set back from a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The eat-in kitchen boasts cathedral ceilings and new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or the back deck and listen to the birds singing. There's plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home, with the master bedroom's two walk-in closets. The upper level full bathroom is brand new from ceiling to floor. The bike trail is accessible just down the street or take a short drive to bay & ocean beaches, freshwater ponds, or the National Seashore Visitors Center. End your busy day relaxing in front of the 42' plasma television or soaking in the whirlpool bathtub.

  • Rentals are Saturday-Saturday
  • Check-In Time: 3:00PM
    Check-Out Time: 10:00AM
  • 50% of rental payment is required with lease signing.
    Remainder of payment and a $300.00 Security Deposit is due one month prior to arrival date.
    Security deposit is refunded after stay upon home inspection, returned keys, and returned garage door remote.
    Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date, will be fully refunded. Less than 60 days notice will result in forfeiture of full advance payment and security deposit. However, a full refund will be given if another reservation can be made for the same rate and the same dates.

We do however; provide bed pillows, bedspreads, and bath towels. We have a highchair and pack-n-play available upon request. iPod cable is attached to stereo system for easy hook-up. Living Room has a sleep sofa that can sleep 2.

Our home is close to 2 major grocery stores. Stop & Shop and Shaw's, both located in Orleans and only about 5 minutes away. While in Orleans enjoy a cup of coffee from our favorite place, The Hot Chocolate Sparrow or grab a bagel at JoMama's. Orleans also has a quaint Main Street to stroll down after a nice day at the beach. After your stroll, go to The Ice Cream Cafe, where they make homemade ice-cream. We are about 10 minutes to Wellfleet where there is a movie theater and the only Drive-In Theater on the Cape. In 20 minute's you can be in Truro, where you can tour The Truro Vineyards. Enjoy the scenic ride into Provincetown on RT6A. This road takes you right along the water all the way into Provincetown.

Immaculate, modern, spacious house with many conveniences. Private, wooded property with porch ideal for bird-watching. Jacuzzi a nice touch. Lovely owners very responsive and helpful. Close to beautiful bay beaches.

We had a wonderful time at the Eastham property. It was so clean and everything you needed was there. The owners were there for us if we had any problems and so helpful. It was close to everything-beaches, sightseeing, shopping and bike trails. We went to beaches - a beautiful one for sunsets-1st Encounter -just down the street. It was totally ideal and we hated to leave. Just one suggestion- an outdoor shower and place to hang out beach towels.
