The home overlooks the fifth hold of the PGA owned Dye Course. One of the 54 holes designed by Tom Fazio and Pete Dye and open to the public. Learn from top PGA golf professionals at the magnificent 35 acres PGA Learning Center. Home to world renowned PGA of America Golf Schools. Visit the PGA historical Center and take a stroll down golfs great history lane dating all the way back to the 1600's and it won't cost you a penny! Located next to the PGA learning center. A beautiful Belmont model which is professionally decorated. Separate dining room. Huge living room with 52' TV opens to the pool. Glass doors off large kitchen opens to large lanai area seating 6. The kitchen features granite counters. The master has a king sized bed, the other bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom opening to the pool has a pull out queen bed. All rooms have their own televisions and VCR's and are all cable ready.
