Welcome and make yourself at home in my comfortable, spacious, 1152 square foot, two-level townhome. We are located on Oleander Drive, at the quiet west end in Laguna Beach area of Panama City Beach. You can walk across the street to the pristine, white sandy Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Very close and convenient for small children with two boardwalks. Outside enclosed shower to wash off the sand for convenience after a day at the beach ! Listen to the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from your Master bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV, stereo & ceiling fan. Relax off master bedroom, on a private balcony, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico sunrise with a morning coffee or a precious sunset to relax at the end of the day! Second guest bedroom upstairs has two double beds with cable TV, and ceiling fan. Full bathroom upstairs. I am family friendly offering games,videos and puzzles for the children. Plenty of books & Wi-Fi is supplied.

Summer Concert Series are held here on Thursday evenings. Frank Brown Park holds all the concerts,softball tournaments and has a children's playground with public picnic tables. Olympic pools to swim with a daily fee. These are all within minutes being 3 miles west of 79.

Very accessible for children .There is no congestion in this area, tends to be a quiet area. Families & Mature adults named on lease only, If complaints from neighbors on loudness/disturbance may result in termination of lease, and balance of fees paid for this lease, NO insurance coverage is provided for tenants. MINIMUM AGE LIMIT is 25 for renters or with an adult. I am flexible on times depending if another renter is coming in the same day.

Downstairs has a full kitchen equipped with all utensils to cook any meal. A half bath is off the dining room area. The living room is comfortable providing you with cable TV and a DVD/ VCR, along with a stereo to listen to music.You are Wi-Fi ready in the house. A ceiling fan is in living room to allow more comfort to your personal needs. Sliding glass door opens to back patio area to enjoy your day sitting or just reading while sunning. Front porch has a private area with an outside shower with hot and cold water to rinse after beach activities of the day. Full-size washer and dryer provided. There is no pool here yet you are steps away from the gulf.

We are located a few miles west of Highway 79 the 'Y,' away from congestion and traffic. Winn Dixie, Publix, Carousal Grocery, Thomas Donuts, Pasta Grill are close.The new Pier Park includes Penney's, Old Navy,Panera Bread,Target,Tootsie's from Nashville, Back Porch & Grand Theatre serving Legacy Church at 10 am services. Frank Brown Park is within minutes of home sponsoring all major events. Thunderbeach in May and September with vendors & music. Seafood Wine Festival on October 9 -11,2009 is being held with Styx and Grand Funk Railroad. Major sports of softball playoffs are played here. A fifteen minute drive east to the Hathaway bridge to cross into the town of Panama City,Gulf Coast College & FSU.Local fishing charters, mystery cruises,Shell Island ferry for enjoyment Local restaurants, churches, and shopping are on Front & Back Beach Road. Ten minutes drive east to famous Seaside, Lake Powell, Phillips Inlet, and Carillon Beach. Sandestin Outlet Mall is 25 miles.

Great family vacation

This was perfect for my 3 children and husband. Very clean and very convenient to the beach. Is almost like being on the beach because it takes one minute to get there. The townhome was very clean and had great accommodations-over and above what I expected. It felt very family friendly and I was perfectly comfortable the whole time. My whole family plans on returning next year!

The walk across the street is within 400 feet of townhome with two walkway entrances to the beach.They are already making plans for next year in July.
Come enjoy the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico.
I am very close to Frank Brown Park and Pier Park.

Family Summer Vacation

I was pleased to find that everything listed in the townhome description was true! It was so wonderful to be in a quiet location, only yards from the beach, yet it was only minutes to all of the amenities Panama City Beach has to offer. We loved the outdoor shower after a long day sunning on the beautiful white sands of Laguna, and enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean every night. The kitchen had every item you could possibly need to prepare any meal. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had very comfortable beds. We felt at home while we were away from home. We will definately be booking with Deborah again the next time we go to Florida.
Owner's Response: I really like when I can accomadate my guests.
I make sure they are happy on arrival and if they need assistance in any questions about the area.
I really like to make them feel at home.
I live in my paradise home when it is empty.
I love to hear the waves when I am resting at night.
Everything is there to make your vacation fun!
I even supply videos,books and games for the children when it is a rainy day and you have to stay indoors.
I appreciate families who take good care of my home. Most do little things to help me get the next renter in early like starting the towels or sheets.
God has blessed me with great renters !

Wedding Weekend

Deborah, thank you, thank you for the most wonderful place to stay. We can for a wonderful weekend for our best friends son and extended it as a mini vaction. We had everything that we could possiably need and was only 11 miles from the wedding. We brought my mother-in-law with us and she was very impressed with your condo and is ready to book again. We will be booking again,(without the mother) hopefully in September for our anniversary. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place, but close to anything that you want to do.

Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderful vacation. Deborah's home was clean and well maintained. It was close to all amenities, churches, shopping and of course the beautiful beach.Deborah provided all the necessities required to make your stay most enjoyable from dinnerware to washer and dryer.
