This is a luxurious, professionally-decorated condominium with 2 full bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a bunk room for the kids. This unit accommodates up to 9 guests. Master bedroom has a king-size bed & private bath with a bathtub. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bath with a shower cabin. Each bedroom is equipped with a 27” TV set and a DVD player. Twin-over-twin bunk-style bed is located in the bunk room, with its own bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there is an expandable leather sleeper sofa & a leather sleeper love seat. The large 6’x18’ balcony is facing south, looking over the Mexican Gulf of the Atlantic Ocean, and you will love the beautiful, unobstructed views of sunrises & sunsets. With a grocery store steps away & a fully-equipped kitchen, you can cook your own meals. There is enough dinnerware to serve a 12-person dinner. A built-in dishwasher, plus a washer & dryer in a hallway closet, make it easy to take care of the dishes & the laundry.

Great Vacation in PCB--Beautiful Condo

First, my family and I would like to give a special thanks to Oxana for being so easy to work with. THANK YOU!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and well maintained beach resort. The place is beautiful, the view is outstanding and the beach is just perfect. The water is an emarld green color, which is just breath taking. The water is nice and warm and great for a swim after relaxing under the sun. The sand is a gorgeous whiteish color and is so soft--it's wonderful. The view from the 24th floor is undescribly beautiful. We fell in love with the place as soon as we arrived. Everything is as described and we had no problems at all. It was the best vacation we have ever been on as a family.

Pier Park is of walking distance and has many great places to eat and shop. My mother and I enjoyed strolling with my 21 month old beautiful daughter throughout Pier Park--she had a great time too! The walk was calm and very relaxing and the sun and gorgeous sites made it even better. It's nice to "take in" the beauty of a place in a calm a relaxing way--like a walk. Oh, and for you Starbucks lovers, like me, there is a Starbucks in Pier Park across from the Merry Go Round.

Finally, our last stop before having to leave PCB was to Destin FL. Destin is about half an hour from PCB and it's is a gorgeous area also. They have many more shops. Being from the North I can't get over the out door malls. They are awesome! We went to eat at "Sauce" this great little Italian resturant at the Beals shopping Plaza on Emarald Coast Parkway. The food is GREAT! Best place we ate it during our vaction...highly recommend it!
All in all, our vacation was great, the condo was PERFECT, and I would say it's a great place to stay! Thanks again, Oxana!!!

We just returned from a relaxing trip to Panama City Beach. Oxana and Pavel were wonderful to work with. The condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities of home. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, the condo itself was very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The unit has wonderful views of the gulf, and is very welcoming. This is the first time we rented direct from an owner, and Oxana was able to provide us great service as well as suggestions for activities in the area. I would highly recommend getting a car when visiting Panama City Beach, we ventured out to Rosemary beach (per Oxana's recommendation) which has a nice beach area and little shops along the way and also the Destin area for shopping.

Thank you Oxana and Pavel, for making this trip so easy and worry free. We would definitely rent again from this owner.

What a great place to enjoy Spring Break! The condo is so beautiful and spacious. We spent several evenings having dinner on the balcony, as the view is spectacular.

If you venture out to dinner, there are so many great places to eat at Pier Park, but my favorite is a small local pub called "DUSTY'S" the oysters are incredible. All within walking distance too.

At 7:30 am, the sunrise and beach are something fantastic to see. You must go out for a walk. I'm currently filming a DVD and the light down by pier was just incredible for footage.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I am terrified of heights but within a week, I was sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view from the 24th floor.... Absolutely breathtaking.

The condo is spacious, clean, & well maintained and the amentities are fabulous. We made good use of the fitness facilities and the indoor hot tubs. It was too cold (Feb) to use the outdoor pool(s) but the indoor pool was never busy. For those people who wanted to meet people in the complex, the condo association offered daily activities such as card playing, potluck lunches and dinners, evening bon fires, etc. What a great way to meet people!

I`d like to thank Oxana and Pavel for their wonderful hospitality and caring concerns. They were very easy to work with during and after our stay. We would definately highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking to experience all that Florida has to offer.

Fantastic place to stay!!!! Breathtaking views of the Gulf from the 24th floor. The sunsets are beautiful. Lots to see and do nearby. Only 1/3 mile from Pier Park dining and shopping. Fantastic amenities on site (movie theatre, fitness centre, sauna, steam room, hot tubs and pools).

Oxana and Pavel were terrific hosts. They were always friendly, prompt, courteous and very helpful. Their recommendations of what to see and do in the PCB area helped make the vacation more memorable. Also, many thanks for the tip on prepaid long distance phone cards for calls back to Canada.
