This clean and comfortable ranch style home will meet all your vacation needs. It is centrally located at the end of a quiet, child safe, cul-de-sac. Less than a half mile to a shady, family friendly pond and only a few miles from some of Cape Cods best beaches either on Cape Cod Bay or Nantucket Sound. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just a few houses away. Plenty of room for everyone in our large finished basement. Enjoy a game of ping pong, or relax while watching the large screen TV. The marsh lands in the rear of the property provide a serene setting to sit and relax after a busy day. A bird-watcher's dream. Don't forget to bring some bread to feed the family of ducks that often stop by for a visit. Small, well-behaved dogs will be considered.

This clean and comfortable home is close to all Cape Cod has to offer. Beautiful Harwich beaches are just 2 miles away, and the bike trail is just down the street. The area has many fine golf courses to choose from and there are plenty of local restaurants for those nights when you don't feel like cooking.

We had a great time in this house. It is close to shopping centers on Route 134. It has a grill, a rear deck, and a large basement with a ping pong table. There is a nice pond down the street. The bedrooms are big enough and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay on the Cape.

Wonderful Home on Beautiful Cape Cod!

We just returned from our second summer stay at Chris and Chuck's beautiful home in Harwich, MA. The house is in a quiet location and is beautifully updated, spacious and spotless. Plenty of room for everyone, including a great finished basement with ping-pong, DVDs, board games for all. The central location is perfect for jumping on the highway for day trips. Also it's a quick ride to the Harwich beaches (we pick up a two-week pass on our first day - but you can pay daily or try other town's beaches or the National Seashore). There are lots of great restaurants to try nearby as well. And it's a very accommodating location for our canine pal. All in all, just a lovely spot (with easy access to the Rail Trail) and we look forward to returning in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

great for a quiet couple or family

We found the house to be very clean and tidy. We were a little disappointed that there was only one functioning fan, and the freestanding a/c didn't seem to keep up on hot days. (luckily weather was lovely so we didn't really need it).Ammenities were very complete - all we needed to bring was food. It's also right next to a lovely paved bike path, which would be great for a family with kids.

The house is very nice and clean, with nice and clean furnitures and a nice deck but a bit small. It is locate in a quite neighborhood but a little far from town. The finished basement is prefect for kid to hang out and play.
The back yard is not level so it is not safe to play there, but therer is a nice front yard.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Families with Teenagers
