Plan Now For Your Summer Fun!! Beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo at the Cedar River Village in the Shanty Creek Resort! Enjoy the view of the 18th green from the deck of this well appointed executive condo. Sleeps 10 easily and has all the comforts of home. Cathedral ceiling, fireplace, flat screen T.V. study/den w/ daybed and trundle, master bedroom with access to private deck, T.V. and whirlpool tub with separate tiled shower. Upper guest en suite has 2 queen pillow top beds, second guest bedroom has 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4). Loft area has two futons as well as a 25' T.V. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill and garage. Guests have access to all the amenities of Shanty Creek Resorts. Three villages, 4 golf courses, skiing, pools & hot tubs, hiking & biking trails and rentals, tennis, 6 restaurants, fitness center and spa, kids camp programs and daycare. Shuttle service is available for transportation among all three villages.

Take advantage of Shanty Creek Resorts central location by taking a day trip to any one of these fabulous northern Michigan destinations. Traverse City/Mission Pennisula (45 min). Petoskey (50 min). Boyne City or Charlevoix (30 min) charming Alden (15min). Downtown Bellaire (our 'hometown') offers several nice restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream store and a movie theater.
