WOULD LIKE TO RENT FOR 4 MONTHS WINTER 2009/2010 PLEASE E-MAIL FOR PRICE!!!!! This bright and nicely landscaped home is comfortably furnished home and is located in a nice neighborhood on Port Orange/Daytona Beach Town line and is close to all the Daytona Beach fun. It's just the perfect place to stay if you are going to the race track, Bike Week in March, Bikeoberfest in October, holidays or on a family vacation we are just a short five minutes to Daytona Beach Shores and approximately ten minutes to Main Street and the race track. In addition Disney attractions are only an hour away so there's something here for the whole family. We take pride in our home! We are looking for good people who will appreciate what we have done to make this home special and will take good care of it. Because of this, we carry a very strict no smoking and no pet policy. You must be 25 years of age or older with valid I.D. to rent this property. Thanks for understanding.
