Accomadations:
Our villa sleeps 7 comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed and a twin bed in the second bed room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the sun room.There are 2 full baths. We have a private courtyard and a carport. We are a short walk to the beach and swimming pool. Linens and towels are furnished but you need to bring your own towels for the pool and beach.The kitchen has a microwave, blender, toaster,and coffee maker.There is a full size washer and dryer.
There are three TV's, two VCR/DVD players,hair dryer,iron and ironing board. We DO NOT allow pets and we ask that you do not smoke in our villa.
Golf , Tennis & Swimming:
The Joe Lee golf course is the first thing you will see when you enter Sea Scape. The course winds its way through the pines and lakes. There is a large practice area and a well equipped pro shop. The rates are reasonable and there are often package rates for those interested. There are more then a dozen other courses within a few miles of Sea Scape.
The tennis courts are no more then a 100 yards away form our front door. There is a complete pro shop and two teaching professionals
There are 5 swimming pools, one is a very short walk, it is heated and covered in the winter
Beach & Other Attractions:
Sea Scape is across the street from the beach. There is a private parking lot available for those who prefer not to walk to the beach. During the summer, beach volleyball is in full swing and there are facilities to Parasail or Jet Ski.
Destin has a water park, several miniature golf courses and several golf cart tracks and a delightful harbor area. Get a ticket on a sailing vessel. Book a fishing trip on one of the many group-fishing boats, or even charter your own boat! Boat rentals are also available.
