Newly renovated, Aqua Vista welcomes you with the warmth, elegance, and style of the Caribbean past - and every comfort and amenity of today. Our beautifully appointed guestrooms and living areas offer panoramic views of the Virgin Islands coastline and luxurious décor, evoking the finest of the Caribbean, in colors that reflect the sand and sea. The two levels of the property (each with full kitchen and living area) are connected by spiral stair on the outdoor patio. The upper unit has 4 bedrooms + 2 baths, and the lower unit has 2 bedrooms + 2 baths, making this an ideal property for large family reunions and wedding parties.

Peterborg Point is centrally located within St. Thomas, which is 3 miles wide and 13 miles long. The airport is located on the southern shore and it is approximately a 15 minute drive, up and over Mafolie Hill, then out to the villa along the point. We are surrounded on one side by Magen's Bay, renowned as one of the top 10 beaches in the world, and the Atlantic Ocean on the other side. Magens Bay Beach is a short 5 minute drive from the villa. Aqua Vista Villa faces the Atlantic side and offers spectacular views out through Sir Francis Drake Channel and the British Virgin Islands. When you are out on the porch enjoying the views, you should also be watching for the whales that use our passageway on their northern migratory route! Sunsets are truly spectacular.

I can't possibly put enough good comments about Aqua Vista Villa in here but I'll try. First of all, Victoria & Spencer (you've got to go out on his boat!) were great. Everything went very smooth and there were no unpleasant surprises. The house was perfect for us. We have 2 adults and 4 kids in our family and we had plenty of room to spare with just renting the upper part of the home. The bed in the master was ultra comfortable. The bathrooms were beautifully appointed and very spacious. The villa is in a great area, very close to Magen's Bay, and the only sounds we heard came from the birds outside. Very peaceful. The porch is HUGE and offers amazing views. We spent a lot of time out there just listening to the sound of silence. Rare with 4 kids! We would definitely go back and are already trying to pick a date for our next visit.
