This is a wonderfully remodeled Hilton Head Cabana townhouse right across the street from the beach. It has all the amenities needed for your entire family (FREE high speed Internet access, baby supplies, toys, games, a stocked kitchen, and very comfortable bedding). The unit has a great location with direct beach access right across the street. It is a very easy 3 minute walk to a great beach (no walking through wooded paths). In addition, you have a 5 – 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza (a large retail complex with shops, restaurants, and more), a 5 minute walk to Van Der Meer Tennis Center, and a 10 minute walk to the water park. The complex itself is a quiet, family friendly environment where your family can play in the courtyard, swim in the full sized adult pool or kiddie pool, and have a cookout. We have tried to quip the condo with everything that we think people would need, from high speed Internet access, to baby supplies, to a fully stocked kitchen. This is a great deal!

  • The master bedroom has a king sized Simmons Beautyrest bed. The second bedroom has two new very nice full sized beds. Unlike most places, the bedrooms in this unit have full closets and plenty of other space to store your belongings (dressers, night stands). Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan for your comfort (the unit itself has central air conditioning).

Close to everything and family friendly!

We stayed in this townhouse over spring break. The townhouse is close to the beach as well as the shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. The accomodations are very family friendly as well. Our two boys loved playing with the toys and games. The kiddie pool area was also the perfect size for them to play in and cool off. The owners are very helpful and answer any questions you may have.

We just spent 5 days in Hilton Head Cabanas.
The condo was beautiful and comfy. The location couldnt get any better. We had such a great time. The owners of the condo are so nice and accomodating. If you are ever planning a trip to HH.. Definetly stay here! We cannot wait to come back.

Great condo - perfect size! Conveniently located to many shops. The condo can accomodate children, but my wife and I enjoyed it as a "get-away" just for ourselves. We aren't golfers, but there is so much more to do in HH, like shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to friends!
