This property was a great location for a vacation. It was a short drive to the beach and other venues that we visited. The condo was well maintained and equiped. The downside was the lack of internet connection and stereo. This proved to be a great disadvantage while looking up events and venues. The person that met us was also lacking in terms of customer service.My friends and I had travelled all day only to wind up waiting for the key in a parking lot for over half an hour. At first we thought we had been conned. All in all, issues were resolved and we ended up having a great Vacation. I'll be reluctant to reccommend this listing to a friend because even for the deal we got, my opinion is that there is better customer service and ammenities out there. we were practically stumbling over other hotels and condos on the same street. My friends and I might however give this place another try! second time's a charm ;). This is an ok place for groups that have been to Miami before. First timers' stick to a place with excellent service and ammenities.

Great place & even better price

3 rooms and plenty of living space, it doesn't get any better than that. I had a place booked directly on ocean on South beach, but once I got to Miami realized that that was not the place to spend your night. This property has a great view over the bay in a nice and quiet area. The property was clean and well maintained. Thanks to Don and Mario for answering any questions I had prior to my stay, they were a pleasure to work with. I will definately stay here again if I need another week of vacation. 5 Star!

We are from Guayaquil, Ecuador we spend one week with 2 of my sisters, my mother and my husband, and we really had a very good time, the apartment is big enough, and very well equipated, very clean, the view is also very nice, we feld so good that we are going to rent it again, the location is perfect because you are in the middle of the city, and you can find supermarket, restaurant, etc. near the building, and the owner is a kind person also.
