Location: Ocean Drive, Rockport, TX 78382. This property is a large, fisherman's paradise with 2800 plus square feet, 6 bedrooms and 9 beds: 1 King, 4 Queens, 2 Fulls and 2 Twins; and 3 1/2 baths to easily accommodate 2 to 18 people (plus 2 more on sleeper sofa). Located on the Bay/Intercoastal Waterway, this Waterfront Vacation Home has the best of both worlds with water front on both sides of the property! The Intercoastal Waterway (ICW), Estes Flats & Bay are on the backside and canal on the front side with a boat lift. Since the house is on the bulkhead, no other homes block the view on the ICW side, just incredible Bay views as far as you can see! Ocean Drive has all the fishing amenities: Boat Lift, Dock and Huge Fish cleaning station. On the ICW side there is a 1000-watt sports light shining on the water at night to attract the bait and large fish.

Property supports water access to all Bay Areas and the Gulf of Mexico at Port Aransas Jetties. For those who don't fish or hunt, the Texas Coastal Bend has abundant waterfowl and birding trails. Rockport Beach is five miles up the road and Port Aransas less than 15 miles to the south, and the Texas Treasurer gambling boat sets sail twice daily 12 miles away.

What You Should Bring: Although we provide you with all the basic items in the house, we cannot provide every little thing individuals may need. Here is a list of items you should bring during your stay: Beach towels (the towels we provide must stay in the bathrooms); your preferred bath soap, shampoo and conditioner; paper towels; condiments for the kitchen (ketchup, mustard, etc); fishing gear; sun block; laundry detergent; charcoal; flashlight (in case of power outages); and, most of all, a good attitude. Enjoy Your Stay In Our Home.

Check in and Cancellation Policies: Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00pm or later when same day turnaround cleaning is required. Otherwise, check-in time is 11:00am. Check Out: Check-out time by 11:00 a.m. sharp. Arrangements for late check-outs must be made before the departure date and are subject to additional charges. Cancellation: Refunds will only be made for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $100 cancellation charge. Renter has the option of rescheduling the stay at another date that is mutually beneficial to avoid the cancellation fee. Rates may vary based on the time frame Renter wants to reschedule. Weather Conditions: There will be no refunds due to inclement weather or power outages.
