  • Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Add Fees, Tax, & Damage deposit
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: County ordinance prohibits rental to groups of singles under 25 years of age. Primary renter required to be 25 or older & must have valid photo ID matching ID on payment method.
    Sorry, no smoking in our condo unit. No Pets or Animals of any species allowed on premises. Any fraudulent reservations will be immediately canceled without refund and guests evicted.
  • To confirm a reservation: $500 of rental rate down to confirm, remainder rental rate+fees+tax and $500 security damage deposit due 60 days prior to arrival. Agent accepts personal checks or official bank checks for payment. Add $100 non-refundable administrative fee to initial payment if credit card or debit card used. Once confirmed, weekly reservation has no cancellation within 60 days of arrival date. If cancellation occurs before 60 days prior to arrival date guests pay a cancellation fee of $75 or the administrative processing cost of refunding deposit-whichever higher, which will be subtracted from their rental payment prior to return. Multi-week and monthly reservations have a 120 day prior to arrival cancellation policy which is detailed prior to reservation confirmation.

    Late Notice Availability discount of up to 10% off standard rate may be advertised within 10 days of arrival during off peak seasons.

Full size washer & dryer for guest use, full size refrigerator with freezer/ice-maker+ undercounter icemaker. Stairway to the beach, with locking door,has outdoor shower & faucet spray rinse. Our porch closet to stores our beachtoys & any beach items you've brought. Gulffacing porch spans is 25+ ft. 2 tables-1 balcony height table +1 dining height table, each with 4 chairs. The spacious layout of the bedrooms allows for maximum privacy, minimal disruption to those night owls or early birds who are in kitchen, LR or DR. Everyone in your group can eat together at dining room table seating 8 & nearby kitchen bar seating 3.We have ample dishware, flatware, & cooking utensils so you shouldn't have to run the DW after every meal.

Awesome Family Spring Break!

We couldn't have asked for anything more! The condo was bright, comfy and cleaned to perfection. We were instantly at-home the minute we walked through the door...and then we saw the gulf! Falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the surf was so tranquil. We couldn't have been closer to the beach, just a few stairs and our toes were in the most spectacular beach sand! The kitchen was unbelievably well stocked and everything in the condo worked exactly like it should. The balcony proved to be the favorite room in the condo. Having morning coffee while watching dolphins pass-by just can't be beat! The location is perfect: quiet, unpopulated beach right infront of the condo and more activities than you could wish for just within a couple miles of the condo. By far, this was the best vacation we've ever had! Our family will definitely be back, but before then a group of us girls are going to make a "girls-week-out"!
Owner's Response: We'd love to have you back for a relaxing "Girls Week". Late Summer or early Fall is perfect time to come as the beaches are almost empty.The large gulf facing porch/balcony is one of our favorite parts of the condo too! You really can't get any closer to the beach than this! Glad your family had fun during 09 spring break at Sugar Dunes #5!

Barb was wonderful to work with in obtaining condo #5. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I knew she took pride in making sure her guests' needs were met. We spent 3 nights celebrating our twin boys' 16th birthdays and our oldest sons' graduation from high school. The condo was spacious enough to accomodate my family and a few of their friends with room for more. Location was wonderful. Every morning we would place our chairs on the beach and able to walk back and forth between the condo and the water with ease. No packing up or worrying about your personal items being left for others to take. We could sit on the balcony and watch the boys playing and even hear their laughter and conversations - truly a blessing. Another feature we enjoyed was the spacious kitchen and dining. We are very family oriented and enjoy eating together as a family. There is seating for 11 in the dining room and 8 more on the balcony. There was plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. It was truly "home away from home". Everyone had plenty of room to have their own space; therefore, we all enjoyed a very peaceful and relaxing time. I would recommend this condo to anyone with a large family or even 2 families to share. The owners go above and beyond to make sure that your stay in really a vacation. Thanks Barb for allowing us to enjoy your little slice of paradise. BJ and JK.

We meet our friends “ half way” for a beach vacation in Seagrove every year and this is our second stay at this #5 condo. Location ideal, condo clean and well supplied for our enjoyment. Together, we laughed, ate, drank, sunned, read books, played cards, rented bikes, listened to music and relaxed. A perfect vacation was had by all. The beach is so gorgeous. We wanted to make our spring vacation last just one more day..but worked called us back
home :( . Until next year…..

Location location location!!! This vacation condo at Sugar Dunes was as sweet as it gets. From the spacious floor plan and the beautiful tropical Florida decor inside to the breathtaking white sand beach outside this place has it all.
We had a blast, from lazy days on the beach creating sand castles to our shrimp and crab boil dinner on the porch. Conveniently located, we enjoyed our shopping spree at the cute village of Seaside and enjoyed a boating and snorkeling day trip. Here you can do nothing but relax or you can keep busy continuously its up to the indivdual. We had days that we did both. Condo was a real treat, we feel very lucky to have come across this Florida gem. I think we have found our home away from home here.
Owner's Response: Location is one reason our guests return year after year. Our condo is designed and outfitted for family vacation enjoyment. Once in vacation mode, yes, one can be relaxed and do nothing or be active - you decide! Sounds like your family was busy most of the time on your first trip to Seagrove! Don't wait until your next reunion to come back to Sugar Dunes #5!
