This is the Lakefront home you and your family have been looking for 2009-2010. This will be the vacation with lotss of memories and great times to tell about for a long, long, time. The Best Thing NO RATE INCREASE FROM 2008 TO 2009 and 2010 we are trying to help everyone out this year by keeping our rates the same as 2008.

We are located at the 10 mile marker on the West Side of the Lake.... We are close to everything that you would like or want to do at the lake. This side provides you less congestion and traffic that the other side of the lake has continuously. This is a great family side and just 5 minutes and cross a bridge and you are on the Osage Side of the Lake.

1: This is the house that you have been searching for your vacationing. This house has a view from every window and deck of the lake and the main channel. As a lakefront home there are no steps to walk to the lake, off the lower deck it goes straight to the covered 2 well dock which is FREE to use. Also new this year we are providing you with a FREE PADDLE BOAT to use when you are here. Just another way to get you on the water without any other expenses to your trip. Its all about relaxing, fishing and fun in the sun with your family. Memories, Sun, Fun, Water----PRICELISSSS FOR 2009.

2: Our house has been totally renovated in 2006, so it is just like home. This is not a cabin but a completely modern, cozy furnished lakeside house. We also installed a new laundry room so it would really feel like home. We have fully equipped the kitchen to accommodate something simply as donuts or as complicated at a Turkey dinner for the holidays. This is a year round house and is located on blacktop roads, no gravel roads to worry about.

3 (MOST IMPORTANT PART) : The boat has it own 2 well 30 ft covered dock FREE of charge with your stay. The boat ramp is only 1 cove by water and by land it is less than a 1/4 of mile away from the house. Free with your stay is the use of 2 Person Paddle Boat. The dock has its own patio furniture as well as swiming floaties and rafts. If boating is not your cup of tea then toss out a line, the dock has had some real lunkers pulled out of it last year and this year so far. If you don't have a fishing rod or just forgot it, don't worry we have extras for you to use....REMEMBER YOUR OUR GUEST AND WE WANT YOU COMFORTABLE ON YOUR TRIP......

Golf: There are tons of great golf courses at the lake, and lotss and lotss of shopping, shopping............

My wife and I were blessed to spend a long weekend at this wonderful home. Our contacts with the owners, Mark and Mary were a true joy. They are both so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us have a very enjoyable stay. The home is immaculate with a beautiful view of the lake. The cove is very quiet and provided such relaxing stay. We hope to return many times in the future.

An ideal getaway

This lake home was beautifully maintained and decorated. The amenities were unbelievable. Truly the only thing you need to bring is your clothes and some food. Even most condiments and some toiletries were available. The fishing off the dock was excellent and the pedal boat was a big hit with our six year old. The owners provided excellent feedback and communication throughout the entire rental process. We felt like we were at home there and didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a lake getaway.
