Great Downtown Portland Apartment

This is an absolutely fabulous apartment. The furnishings and finishes are top of the line and well chosen making staying here feel comfortable and like a great escape. The owner was very accomodating, especially for our twin 4yr olds. We would highly recommend this apartment not only for it's comfort but also for it's location which is close to everything (downtown, parks, the water and attractions).

Casco Bay views

This is a delightful apartment. This third floor unit offers views of nearby Casco Bay, high end appliances and black granite counter-tops. Located in Portland's quiet East End, the neighborhood is perfectly safe. Several excellent restaurants are jwithin easy walkind distance. Walking and biking trails along Casco Bay are just a block away as is public transportation. Downtown is a mike and a half away, Interstate access is only two miles away and several excellent supermarkets are within three miles. On-street parking has never been a problem. The apartment has loads of storage space and the landlord is a delight to work with. We enjoyed our two month stay so much that we extended our stay. It is a wonderful apartment.

Perfect Portland Rental

This condo was the perfect home base for our stay in Portland, ME. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The place was gorgeous, with a great layout, up-to-date appliances (including a washer & dryer--very helpful), a view of Casco Bay, and the perfect location to explore Portland and surrounding areas. The neighborhood really is idyllic, in easy walking distance to Eastern Promenade Park. Parking was not a problem.

The owner was so easy to work with---she was nice enough to have a pack 'n play already set up and waiting for us for our 1-year-old after a late-night flight into town.

The whole condo was stocked with everything we needed for our week-long stay, from beach towels to laundry detergent. The owner even had a very helpful list of things to do and see during our stay.

We had a great trip and I truly credit a lot of that to having an easy, clean, relaxed, and beautiful home base.

One of the best 4 day week-end trips ever

This 3rd floor apartment is beautifully renovated--everything was top of the line and immaculate. There is a view of Casco Bay, the neighborhood is lovely, parking was no problem and Deirdre was accessible and helpful.

Staying here made us want to move back to Portland and live on Munjoy Hill!

The website was very easy to use.

What a beautiful apartment!

We have stayed in this beautiful apartment twice and have loved it. Everything is upscale and very comfortable. The owner is extremely helpful and very accommodating. Great view of the Bay from the living room. We like to walk and it's a great place to walk to the water, the Old Port, downtown and neighborhood restaurants. We just love Portland! The restaurants and shopping are excellent. We highly recommend this apartment.
