Immaculate Dutch gambrel cape house on a quiet, paved residential cul-de-sac great for young kids to ride bikes. Covered deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining in addition to full dining room and eat-in kitchen with TV. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Enclosed large breezeway for beach toys and gear. Master bedroom is Queen, 4 twins in other bedrooms, queen sleeper in den with sliding door onto the covered deck.. One bathroom has tub/shower, other has shower stall. All amenities included. Full stocked kitchen, all appliances, spices, beach chairs, highchair, blankets, pillows, mattress pads, bedspreads, bath mats. Non-smoking only, and, sorry, no pets, but Nauset kennel is only half mile away. Plenty of board games, books, videos, cable, VCR, DVD,3 TV's, and only about a mile to Audubon Sanctuary for great hiking. Drive-in /flea market near Audubon.

Further details for this vacation house rental in Eastham, Massachusetts

It has been said by previous renters that, 'it's a very comfortable home-away-from-home.' This I take as a compliment. I have tried to think of all the things that would make for a comfortable situation for my renters and am always open to suggestions. This house is on a quiet side street, paved and great for younger kids to bike around the large circle of houses. The covered deck makes for outside activities for the family even if it should be drizzling (Oh, no).

If you're into walking you could walk the mile or so to two bayside beaches. I'd drive to the ocean beach two miles away. Audubon Sanctuary is really close and offers great hikes and activities for kids and adults. The Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and roller-blading is only a half mile across Route 6. Willy's Gym is a half mile or less on Rt.6. This area has some great restaurants close by or it's only 10 minutes into Orleans.
