This spacious condo is located in a secure family-oriented complex with one of the Island's largest pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, community room, grill and picnic area, all just a short stroll from the beach, Isla Blanca Park, and Schlitterban Water Park. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the pool and with a fanatstic view of the Laguna Madre and the Causeway and a partial view of the gulf. Many extras are provided such as plenty of extra towels, three tvs with dvds, high chair, hair dryer, iron and board, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Comfortably sleeps eight. Small pets are welcome with a deposit. There are laundry facilities in the building. Free shuttle service from Brownsville Airport is available. Book a Mexico tour with one of the several providers available or go on your own and enjoy shopping at the Duty Free stores. Enjoy great fishing, eco-tours, parasailing, birdwatching - your choices are endless.

TV and DVD player in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Our condo over looks pool and hot tubs. We have beach chairs and a high chair if you need them. Kitchen equipped. Common room has lots of books, tourist information and coffee each morning. Cot available if needed.Stocked fridge packages available. We support family spring breaks. We have a weekly rate for March or a monthly for those that are spending a long winter on South Padre.

This unit was a perfect beach getaway. The condo was comfortable. The bedrooms spacious. The pool area was lovely and the beach was just a short walk. The unit is located ideally for enjoying island attractions such as the water park, surfing lessons and the snorkeling cruises. Everything was close and convenient. The info Sandra sent in advance on shopping was very helpful.

We would definitely go back for another beach vacation!

what a great and clean condo. our family of five stayed here and was very comfortable.It felt just like home. It was only a short walk to the beach. Would recomend this condo and stay here again. thanks sandy for all your help.

A Great Getaway

My hubby and I were truly impressed with the accomodations. We invited a guest to come along and they too were impressed. The condo was very roomy and clean. The grounds managers were very friendly and helpful when needed.

Would go back next week if we could !

We stayed in Gulfview I for 6 nights. It was like having a home away from home. The rooms were spacious and clean. My son especially enjoyed having a television in his room, something he doesn't normally get. Everything is so close by.

We stayed in this unit for 5 nights and it was a wonderful vacation. The condo is nice and clean, Pauline was great too! The beach is not far, just a short walk, and there is a great view of Laguna Madre Bay and the causeway from the patio. The pool is huge and very nice, there is a hot tub and BBQ grills for cooking and there are plenty so there is usually no waiting!
Needless to say none of us wanted to leave. I would rent this unit again.
