This is a magnificent dual suite unit with comfortable upscale furnishings. It includes large flat screen Tvs in each room along with DVD players and USA satellite in the main living area. Eight people can easily be accommodated utilizing the two queen beds, one King and one convertible bed. This luxury condominium has numerous hotel style amenities which include our swim up bar in the heated pool, on site restaurants, room service, concierge service, business center and so on. Plus an on site mini grocery to meet any of your in room needs along with an on site video store, deli, bakery ice cream shop & more. Take in the spa, exercise area or go directly to the huge heated pool and surrounding hot tubs for a day of fun in the sun. You may take a beach stroll as we are located directly on Medano beach which is one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo. When you are ready to explore it's an easy 5 minute taxi ride to experience the shopping & night life that Cabo has to offer.

When you stay in Cabo and rent my unit you are entitled to a great price on board my own 31foot Cabo fishing vessel. That's right we have a great english speaking captain and mate that awaits you to explore the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean on Board 'Rising Sun'. This is a comfortable and well appointed vessel located in the in town Marina and can be chartered for half or full day trips. Please contact us for availability and rates.

Golf: World Class Golf is at your door step. Cabo Real, Cabo Del Sol, Palmilla and more are all within a 15 minute taxi ride. They are all accessible to the public and the concierge staff at LaEstancia can help you make all of your arrangements!

Dear Kris,
What a perfect way to spend Christmas--escaping
snowy Michigan to guaranteed sunshine! We loved
your spot with the comfy couch and beautiful
amenities. The staff was great and the grounds are
beautiful. The guacamole and the pico de gallo at
the deli are to die for! We all had massages
overlooking lands end--we thought they were
great too. Now that I looked at other guest
comments I'm sorry we didn't take out your boat.
Next time a must! thanks again for your

Kris - Our time in your beautiful Cabo home could not have been more perfect. The unit itself is amazing - it's very obvious that you and your wife took great care in decorating it. Your suggestions regarding local restaurants, places to visit, etc. were spot on. We rented your boat one day - what a treat. We saw dolphins, a whale and sea lions. Your crew could not have been nicer. The entire staff at Villa La Estancia was so friendly and helpful, and the amenities were fantastic. We did not want to leave, and are already thinking about when we can return to your fabulous Mexican paradise. Your hospitality, and special touches made our Thanksgiving vacation one we'll never forget! Thank you - Christy & Blake

How can I describe this place? Absolutely Amazing! We always try to go throught VRBO and this is by far the nicest place we have ever been. I didn't want to come home. The employees are extremely nice, The weather was great, we even went out on Kris's boat and the boys caught a marlin. We are already planning a trip back. Thanks again Kris.
