  • Please advise us if you will be bringing your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths. If not then we can book a service that can supply a weeks worth of linens there charge is $185.00. The community association assesses a renters fee of $45.00 for each weekly rental. There is a $300.00 security deposit required which if there are no problems will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure
