Newly renovated cottage on Lake Winni. Steps away to 2 private beaches on property. Enjoy sunrises, grilling, and sunsets from large deck with scenic views of Paugus Bay. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Master bedroom has queen. Futon in the living room. Bathroom has standup shower. Kitchen with full size fridge and cooktop. AC in the window, electric baseboard heat throughout. Playground onsite, 2 parking spots. Minutes away from Weirs Beach area activities, and shopping. Short drive to Gunstock area and North Conway or just relax on the quiet beach all day! Located right on the lake. Relatively flat property with 2 gradual drop sandy beaches. Entire property is very safe for kids. No stairs except to get to the docks. Beaches are protected from boating lanes by the mooring fields. 1 parking spot next to cottage, other located on the property. Easy access to all major attractions in the area. Located just after the Margate hotel property. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from.

Condo guidelines: Renters are subject to cottage association rules and guidelines, provided upon reservation. (not strict) Owner reserves the right to remove renters upon violation of these terms.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is anytime after 1 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Please wash all utensils and dishes/glasses before leaving. Trash must be emptied in dumpster located on property. Trash bags are provided.

Excellent, affordable rental

My family and I had a great time at the cottage. It was close to the boardwalk and public beaches, while also having all of the amenities of home. The price was also very reasonable.

Wonderful 1st vacation in New Hampshire-2009

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful and affordable vacation at Lake Winnipesaukee. The cottage was beautiful, clean and in a prime location. We were very impressed with how detailed the instructions were on how to care for the cottage during our stay. Having a kitchen and grill was incredibely useful for making our own meals and the beach nearby while small was actually perfect (good view of Paugus bay and boats and planes going by). We would love to come here again, thank you!

We loved our stay here. Great location, close to all atractions in the area. Typical New England weather we didn't get to enjoy as much as we wanted too it was chilly!

Great family place

The place is very clean and well kept. You can tell the floor is fairly new. Its a nice and cozy place, great for a small family. Its right near Weirs beach, its such a great location. We can't wait until next year.

Great place to stay!!

We recently stayed at this cottage for a week. Although the weather was uncooperative, we made the most of it. The cottage is very clean and had nice amenities. The beaches were great, we really only went to the one closest to the cottage.

The cottage is very close to shopping, restaurants and activities.

We would definitely stay here again!!!
