Enjoy ocean breezes , luxurious lunches, and sunset cocktails from the large covered front porch over- looking Frenchmen's Bay . Swim or fish from your front lawn. One acre treed lot, on dirt road 7 miles from Route 1, close to Acadia / Bar Harbor or Schoodic Peninsula, quiet location with ocean views from every window. Eat in kitchen, First floor bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom, large living room with wood stove, dining room seats 8. Includes washer / dryer, dishwasher. Three bedrooms with full bath on second floor w/ 2 twin beds in 2 rooms and a single in the other room. Guest cottage (900 sq. ft. - at additional cost) has large living room with gas heat, minimal kitchen with microwave, and full bath with shower and washer / dryer. Second floor has king size bed with 2 twin beds in second bedroom.

It is 20 miles from Elsworth with its malls, restaurants ,movie theaters,and l.l .Bean store.

Hancock Point has its own library, post office ,chapel, and town dock with public beach. Clay tennis courts and sailing or tennis lessons are available at additional cost. Dine or kayak at at Hog Bay reversing falls. Enjoy Spectacular Sunsets, see seals swim by ,watch seagulls, loons and osprey fishing ,. Swim or fish from your front lawn, spend the day sightseeing at Acadia State Park or Schoodic Pennisula where you will enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and mountains , and many hiking and biking trails. Bar Harbour offers tourist schooners,whale watching, kayaking, shopping and dining. Tunk lake 20 minutes away has sandy beaches, swimming.
