The Heritage Cabin: Timber Lakes Cabin Sleeps 16-18

This Cozy Cabin is much larger then it appears with over 2700 Sq Ft, 3 floors and 5 bedrooms. Includes a loft and game room (with ping pong table and foosball), DISH TV, DVDs, Games, Puzzles. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, or eat out in nearby Heber, Midway or Park city restaurants.

Our family friendly cabin has 5 bedrooms. 1 King Master, 1 Queen Master, 4 twin bunkbeds, 2 full bunkbeds and a twin day bed with trundle. Also two portable cribs and 1 high chair if needed.

This cabin is located in a highly desirable area of Timber Lakes with easy access off of the paved main road.

In the winter activities may include snowshoeing, cross country skiing, skiing and snowboarding, tubing and snowmobiling from the driveway. Snowmobile rental information is also available. Snowmobiling in the Uintas is unlike any other in the country. This is mountain riding!

The Heritage Cabin is also available for Summer-Get-Aways.

Summer Activities: Try Mountain Biking at Park City Resort. Take the chair lifts up and mountain bike to Deer Valley or the Canyons, spectacular views. Mt Bikes available to rent in Park City. Park City Resort also has fun summer activities including the new zip line and mountain coaster plus the alpine slide and kids activities.

Location: Heber City, Utah, USA (Timber Lakes Estates - 30 minutes from Park City) During the summer, Deer Creek Reservoir and Jordanelle Lake are both a quick 15 minute drive away. There is also a National Forest only steps away from the cabin where there are literally miles of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. At anytime of year, you may see an abundance of wildlife including moose, deer, elk, bobcats, bear, fox, coyote, eagles, hawks, rabbits, raccoons, and more. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do right from the front door of the cabin. For the nearest airport, Salt Lake City is about an hour's drive to the northwest.

Enjoy Park City Mountain Resort, Park City Outlet mall, Homestated Horseback Riding, Homestread Crater, Heber Creeper and more.

Golf: World Class Golfing - Wasatch State Park in Midway, Red Ledges in Heber, Jeremy Ranch near Park City.

Ski: Ski in nearby Park City (30 minutes away) or Sundance Ski Resort.

Great Cabin for families!

We had a wonderful time here with our family! It was very cozy. Especially for the price, I would recomend it for any family get together. Plenty of beds and plenty of room!

Only downside at all was several would have liked a hot tub, but not entirely necessary.
The heat was hard to adjust between floors for everyone not to be either too hot or too cold.
But I have to say, the windows were amazing as there was no draft at all even at -6 degrees below 0.
The scenery snow mobiling was amazing and the kids played in the snow outside for hours!
It was great!!!!
It was a short drive for a great New Year get away!

When this beautiful mountain home was described as "well appointed and sparkling and spacious," our family was delighted to find that it was absolutely true. A wonderful experience for each one of us (ages one year old to seventy-plus). We don't know the owner personally, but she was very accommodating and helpful. The consensus of our family is "can we do this again?"

Our stay at the Heritage Cabin in July was wonderful. The owner was helpful and accommodating. The cabin was well suited for multiple families. There were 17 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely use this property again, thanks so much!
