Located on world famous 'Thomas Drive' in Panama City Beach, FL. (PCB) Directly across the street from public access # 24 to the 'World Most Beautiful Beaches' (3 minute walk). Walk to 'Club LaVila' the hottest fun spot and night club in PCB. Flanked by the grand Lagoon directly behind St. Thomas Square with access to boat slips and pier walking you onto our property. Parking area for your boat trailer. Amusement park next door, great restaurants across the street. Park your car and leave it during your entire stay. Super Beach Wal-Mart is convenient. And don't miss the 'Ripley's Believe it or Not' 5 minutes from our condo. Golfers will enjoy being less than half mile from 'Signal Hill Golf Course'. This condo was completely remodeled on Feb. 2008. All new everything in this condo.

Walk across the street to the 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beach' with sugar white sand, and breathtaking sunsets. When we say 'Worlds Most Beautiful Beach' we mean it! It is the trade phrase for Panama City Beach. And you will be welcomed with this phrase on the City Limits sign. Even the ABC tv station is 'WMBB'
