Lakefront property on Long Pond in Lakeville, Ma. Location is ideal for vacationing. Located 15 mins from historic Plymouth Rock and Harbor, 25 mins to CapeCod, 40 mins to Boston, Providence and Newport.

Long Pond is the largest fully recreational pond in South Eastern Mass. This home has the charm of a Laura Ashley cottage with the elegance and all the amenities of a luxury home. Custom Gourmet Kitchen, Luxury Bath with jacuzzi tub and bidet. Hardwood floors, tastefully decorated and furnished. Two floors of living, and a loft offer plenty of space and privacy. The views from decks on both levels are amazing. The lot is wonderfully landscaped and very private. For those who love water sports you are just steps from swimming, fishing, boating and water skiing. For those who want to relax there is plenty of nature and peace and quiet to enjoy. This home is the owners vacation home, and we are offering limited availability during the summer months.

There is a public boat launch ramp for the lake. You may bring your own Lake boat or Jet skis, canoe, sailboat etc. Please check with the town of Lakeville, Ma. website for details or restrictions
