This brand new custom home sits on 7.5 acres all of which is fenced (bring your horse for additional rent). For families with kids there is a pony and four goats on this working ranch. Beautiful view of Mt. Rainier and Olalla Valley. Ranch living without the smell. All tenants share top of the line, spacious custom kitchen made for family life, entertaining wedding parties and other gatherings, with state of the art stainless steal double oven, gas range, huge Sub Zero fridge/freezer and large bar-b-q on back porch, sunken living room with gorgeous river rock fireplace and big screen TV with surround sound system, home sound system to pump mood music throughout entire lower level, sun deck, complete wrap around porch overlooking views and pasture, gated entry, very large laundry room on 2nd level, parlor (reading room).

Rents include all utilities (high speed Internet also), appliances (including washer and dryer), grounds keeper/maintenance man. House keeping is available for additional cost for long term stays. Absolutely No inside animals and no smoking. Home sleeps 10 but can accommodate more at additional cost of $10 per person per night over 10 people. Guest Cottage also available.

Bedroom 1 (master suite, 2nd level) includes gas fire place, private deck and views of Mt Rainier Olalla Valley and horse pasture, walk in closet, master bath with jetted tub. Absolutely gorgeous! Bedroom 2 (Loft Studio, 3rd level) very large bedroom with private half bath, private deck with the best views in the building and large closet. Very spacious.

Bedroom 3 (guest suite 1, 2nd level) large bedroom with full private bath, lighted closet and Mt views from two large windows. Bedroom 4 (guest suite 2, 2nd level) large bedroom with full private bath, lighted closet, three large windows overlooking the courtyard and entry.

Wow! What a fantastic place to stay. My family
and I spent a wonderful weekend here, we were in
town for a wedding, and I cannot say enough
positive things about this property. The house
was more than big enough for our group of 10
and the kids loved the upstairs space, not to
mention the goats and pony, I think that was their
favorite part! The kitchen is beautiful and very
well equipped, the furnishings are comfortable, the
bedrooms spacious, all with beautiful views.
Michelle and Steve were very welcoming and easy
to work with, I would not hesitate to recommend
this house to anyone!
