Cozy Cove is a small condominium complex of six total units, located on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida. The complex sits on the Gulf side of the Key along Blind Pass. Turtle Beach is approx. 5-10 minute walk down the street and offers a public boat launch, picnic and children's areas. A 20' boat dock is available for your use with the rental of this unit at no additional charge. World-renowned Siesta Key Beach is located approx. 4 miles north and is buzzing with activity. The south side of the Key, where the condo is located, is known for its quieter, more peaceful setting. It is more common to see middle-aged couples and the young at heart walking down the sidewalk or relaxing at Turtle Beach rather than Siesta Key Beach's more boisterous crowd. There are many golf courses in the area, including several executive courses and two practice ranges.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning fee for rentals of 7 nights or more is waived from December through April.
  • One week stays are up to 6 nights, 7 days in duration. When considering days in addition to your weekly rental, Friday and Saturday nights are deemed weekend nights. Sunday through Thursday nights are deemed weeknights. The rate quoted for extra nights applies when adding to your stay following check-in if the unit is available. From Oct-April, additional night offered free with one week (6 night) rental. Rentals for multiple months are discounted 5%. Add 10% holiday surcharge for the weeks of Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving. Rates are subject to change without notice but any proposals given will be honored for 30 days unless a promotional expiration date is applicable or alternative agreement is made.
  • Payment can be made by personal check or credit card. Personal checks must clear in advance of due date. If your check is returned because of insufficient funds, your credit card will be charged for the amount due plus an additional $35 fee. Payment schedule is determined by date of booking and duration of rental. Deposits and payments made are not refundable upon cancellation. Please consider trip insurance if you are concerned about unanticipated problems.

We are from Brunswick GA we stayed at Cozy Cove Condos we had a great time very nice condo the only thing that we did not have was a good view. The unit we stayed at faced the street other than that it was great. We recommend vacationing here it was close to everything but far enough out that it was very peaceful. For you water and fishing folks this is the place you can kayak,boat and fish right off the private dock we caught a lot of fish our son enjoyed it very much. The pool was great. You are with in walking distance to Turtle Beach lots of sea shells and wild life. We will be back

We had a great time. The condo was in good shape. Everything was clean, and ready to go when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from pots & pans, to utensils, to whatever. It was a quick walk to the beach where our kids played in the sand. There is a big driveway and covered parking area that was greeat for our kids to ride their scooters in without having to worry about traffic. The owner was quick to respond to any questions from the time we first inquired about the condo to the time we left. Overall we were very pleased.

Quiet, relaxed and very well kitted out

We had a great time in Cozy Cove. The condo was incredibly well equipped, with lots of nice touches like fresh flowers on arrival, soaps and things in the bathrooms, etc. Immaculately clean too. Quiet location, 5 minute walk to the long and tranquil Turtle beach. Only real downside is the pool being unheated and in the shade. Great in mid-summer but not so good in November! The owner was very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend and if we can, we will return.

I cannot say enough about this condo rental. The amenities were above and beyond expectaions; the location was great; the condo was clean and perfect! The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and watching the boats go by. Very quiet location, but close to everything. We could not ask for anything more. Can't wait to go back again. Thanks again.

The condo was very clean and had all the amenities. We had an excellent stay in Sarasota.
I definately would recommend this condo to other travelers.
