What a great getaway from the summer heat. Great house, great location all at a reasonable price. Everything you need for a fun, family vacation. Beach is only about 10 houses away with bay and public marina across the street. Marina offers jet ski rentals, sailing lesson and fishing/crabbing supplies. Behind the house is a secluded, vacant property with a nearby natural bay beach. Great for quite early or late walks. House is clean and cute. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and dishware. The bonus room can function as a 4th bedroom. The house comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Long Beach Island offers many great family activities for everyone. There are numerous restaurants, shops and amusements. Atlantic City is a short drive away (45 min.) or even quicker by boat! Reserve early for the best weeks! Pets - Please ask.
