Reconstructed Fort #4 offers historical reenactments and colonial-style Thanksgiving Dinner. Tax- free shopping. Gourmet dining on Lake Sunapee, New London, Lebanon and Hanover.   • PAYMENT POLICY

    Check-in: 3PM on first night of stay.
    Check-out: 11AM on morning after last night of stay.

    Currency: All rates in US Dollars.
    Minimum Stay: Two nights

    Security Deposit (Refundable based on Inspection): $100.00
    If property loss or damage is determined after checkout, your security deposit will be used to pay the cost of repair or replacement. You will be contacted if further compensation is deemed necessary. Any remaining balance of security deposit will be refunded, up to the entire balance if the property is left as found, normal wear and tear excepted.

    Cleaning Fee (Non-Refundable): $80.00 (paid to caretaker)

    Checks: Checks accepted if received with sufficient time to clear your bank before cancel dates.
    Initial Payment: A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation until 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
    Balance Payment: Four weeks prior to your arrival, you must submit the balance due to confirm your reservation.
  • Send reservation deposit. If you choose to cancel 30 days or more before reservation date, you will receive a full refund
